Prof. Laurence T. Yang Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, Fellow of Engineering Institute of Canada, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow Zhengzhou University, China Laurence T. Yang got his BE in Computer Science and Technology and BSc in Applied Physics both from Tsinghua University, China and Ph.D in Computer Science from University of Victoria, Canada. He is the Academic Vice-President and Dean of School of Computer Science and Technology of Hainan University, China. His research includes Cyber-Physical-Social System Design and Data Analytics. He has published 300+ papers in the above areas on top IEEE/ACM Transactions with total citations of 31231 and H-index of 89 including 8 and 40 papers as top 0.1% and top 1% highly-cited ESI papers, respectively. He has been involved actively act as a steering chair for 10+ IEEE international conferences. He is the chair of IEEE CS Technical Committee of Scalable Computing (2008-2011, 2018-2021), the co-chair of IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Cybermatics (2016-), the co-chair of IEEE SC Hype-Intelligence Technical Committee (2021-), and the chair IEEE CIS Cyber-Physical-Social Systems Task Force (2019-) and the vice-chair of IEEE CIS Technical Committee on Smart World (2016-2019). In addition, he is serving as an editor for many international journals and is an author/co-author or an editor/co-editor of more than 25 books from well-known publishers, invited to give around 50 keynote talks at various international conferences and symposia. Prof. Pei Xiao University of Surrey, UK Pei Xiao is a Professor in Wireless Communications at the Institute for Communication Systems, home of 5GIC. He received a BEng, MSc and PhD degree from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, Tampere University of Technology, Chalmers University of Technology, respectively. Prior to joining Surrey in 2011, he worked at Newcastle University and Queen's University Belfast and had held positions at Nokia Network in Finland. He is the technical manager of 5GIC, leading and coordinating research activities and overseeing major projects in 5GIC. His main research interests and expertise span a wide range of areas in communications theory and signal processing for wireless communications. |
Assoc. Prof. Chongwen Huang IEEE ComSoc member, Zhejiang University, China Chongwen Huang,obtained his B. Sc. degree in 2010 from Nankai University, Binhai College, and the M.Sc degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC, Chengdu) in 2013. He joined the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS, Beijing) as a research engineer from Jul. 2013. Since Sep. 2015, he started his Ph.D. journey in Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD, Singapore) and CentraleSupélec University (Paris, France), under the supervision of Prof. Chau YUEN and Prof. Mérouane DEBBAH. From Oct. 2019 to Sep. 2020, he is a postdoc researcher in his mother University SUTD. Since Sep. 2020, he joined into Zhejiang University as a tenure-track assistant professor. His main research interests are focused on Holographic MIMO Surface/Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface, B5G/6G Wireless Communication, mmWave/THz Communications, Deep Learning technologies for Wireless communications, etc. He was a recipient of Singapore Government Ph.D. scholarship, and received PHC Merlion Ph.D. Grant 2016-2019 for studying in CentraleSupélec, France. In addition, he also received more than 10 outstanding scholarships coming from China and industries, which involves the ``Tang Lixin'' Overseas Scholarship, National Postgraduate Scholarship, National Scholarship for Outstanding Self-funded Students, etc. |
Assoc. Prof. Zhengyu Zhu IEEE ComSoc member, Zhengzhou University, China Zhu Zhengyu graduated from Zhengzhou University in 2017 with a doctorate degree in Information and Communication Engineering, and his doctoral dissertation was awarded the excellent doctoral dissertation of Henan Province. From October 2013 to October 2015, he was funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and trained as a doctoral student in Korea University (Korea University) under the supervision of Professor Inkyu Lee (IEEE Fellow). Major research areas include wireless communication and signal processing, 5G/6G, Internet of Things, machine learning, intelligent reflector assisted communication, millimeter wave communication, drone communication, physical layer security, wireless collaborative networks, convex optimization technology, and portable energy transmission. It has been published in the IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, IEEE Communications More than 80 SCI/EI papers have been published in international journals such as Letters. After the publication of the paper, it has received attention from domestic and foreign peers and has been cited more than 1000 times. It has applied for 29 national invention patents, 12 of which have been authorized. He is the author of internationally renowned journals Journal of Communications and Networks, Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and Physical Guest editor (AE) of Communications. Prof. Changsen Zhang Henan Polytechnic University, China Changsen Zhang received the B.S. degree from Northeast University, China, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree from the China University of Mining and Technology in 2003. He is currently a Full Professor and the Ph.D. Tutor of telecommunications with the Department of Communication and Information System, Henan Polytechnic University. He is also an Outstanding Young Science and Technology Expert in Jiaozuo and serves as an Academic Leader for information and communication engineering in Henan. His main research interests include wireless sensor network, modern communications technology, and wireless networks’ protocols.
