ICC 2023 gathered more than 500 experts and scholars in the field of intelligent communications and computing, and successfully concluded in Nanchang, China, on November 24-26, 2023. In 2024, the conference was rebranded as ICICC. In 2025, the conference was held successfully in Nanjing during August 15-17, 2025, more than 200 authors and experts participating in a hybrid format.

To maintain a high-quality publication, all submissions undergo a rigorous review process of 2-3 rounds of double-blind peer review. All accepted papers of ICICC 2026 will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.
